Aegis-Link strives to become an agency that is trusted by both our talents and their fans. This starts from the audition process and us being clear with what we provide to help our talents get started and for you to see if we are a right fit for you!

Original Character Model.

We work with world-renowned artists and riggers to design distinct live2D models tracked with VTube Studio that our talents can use to pursue their streaming careers.

Content Creation Support.

We will provide our talents with a debut and monthly stipend in addition to favorable revenue splits to assist in their content creation activities.

If necessary, we will provide our talents with assets and hardware that will assist our talents to present themselves as best they can.

We aim to assist our talents with their content ideas and provide logistical support tailored to their own individual content creation directions.

Application Requirements.

Must be at least 18 years of age as of the date of application submission

Must be able to regularly produce content for at least one year

Must be able to speak English proficiently

Must be willing to interview with management in a group setting (multiple interviewers)

Must have a positive mindset that will enable you to take on the various challenges within the VTubing industry

Preferred Skills and Experiences.

Prior experience in content creation with an emphasis on live-streaming

Strong self-production skills

Ability to be active and receptive in communications with co-talents and management

Ability to stream at least four times a week

Does it cost money to apply?

There are no fees associated with applying for this audition.

Can I apply if I am under 18?

You must be 18 years of age at the time of submitting your application. Please do not apply if you are under the age of 18.

If accepted, can I continue with my pre-existing model?

For this application cycle, all of our talents will debut with pre-made models.

What should my video submission include?

The 5-minute video serves as an opportunity for you to express your amazingness and how you would be a good fit. There is no single way to approach the video. However, we strongly recommend you be yourself in the audition and show off your talents. If you require a pointer, we suggest dedicating around a minute to highlight your streams if you have prior experience as well as a few minutes to showcase your creativity. But most importantly, do what makes you feel comfortable as a content creator!

Is prior live streaming experience a requirement?

Prior live streaming experience will be heavily favored in our decision-making process. However, a demonstration of commitment to a transferable skill will be equally considered.

Can I apply even if I'm not in the U.S.?

Anyone from anywhere is welcome to apply! However, we will consider your schedule logistics (whether you would be able to collaborate with others and attend meetings with U.S.-based staff) when making our decisions.

Can I apply more than once?

We ask that each applicant submit only one application per audition cycle. If you would like to edit or add to your existing application, please contact us through this website.

What qualities are you looking for in your talents?

The most important trait that we are looking for in our talents is being open-minded and willing to take on new challenges. Aegis-Link’s vision is for our community to be inclusive and accepting of people from all sorts of backgrounds. We appreciate those who can thrive in a group environment and are proactive in their communications. Skills that are transferable to streaming content (such as music production, art, video games, story-telling, etc.) will be considered favorably.

Do I need to speak English?

English proficiency is a requirement for our audition. Knowing other languages will also be considered favorably.

Will you be considering male talents?

We are not considering male talents at this time.

When will I hear back regarding the outcome of my audition?

During the application cycle, Aegis-Link will review applications on a rolling basis and invite applicants for an interview. All applicants will be notified whether they have passed the application process within two weeks of the end of the application period.

Should I "play" the role of one of the shown characters in my application?

You will be asked which character you would be interested in applying for in the application and your portrayal of such model in your audition video will be evaluated.
